How can I be sure that my order went through?

Once you have submitted your order, you will be taken to the order confirmation page which you can print for your records. You will also receive and e-mail confirmation, usually within minutes. Please check that all details are correct. If not please contact us immediately.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any point up to the completion and shipment of your order. Please contact us at enter email address and we will confirm cancellation. Please make sure you include your full name, your order number and a clear declaration that you wish to cancel the order in the e-mail.

If your order has already shipped, you can return your purchase to us in accordance with our return policy described in Delivery & Returns.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept most common credit cards such as Visa Credit/Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. Please note that we only accept credit cards from countries where we ship. For your safety and security we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying by Credit Card. 

Why has my payment been declined?

Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons: 
Is your card out of date? 
Have you entered your details correctly? Correct CVC code? 
If the problem persists please contact your bank or credit card issuer.

Is VAT, freight costs and custom fees included in the price?

All prices given on the Website include VAT unless otherwise is stated. No discount will be given on products where VAT is not chargeable. Paul Antony Adjustable Beds reserves the right to amend our prices to reflect any changes in VAT that may occur.

Deliveries & Returns

What are your Delivery Costs?

On orders within the UK we always offer free shipping. Surcharges may be incured for more remote areas of the UK. For more info please refer to Delivery & Returns.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped we will send you an e-mail so you can be sure that your purchase is on its way! Please note for next day delivery you may not receive this confirmation.

When will I receive my order?

Next Day Delivery; For all next day delivery items your goods will be delivered the next working day Mon to Fri excluding bank holidays, and between the hours 08.00 – 19.00. All next day deliveries need to be ordered before 12.00 noon.

Standard Delivery; For standard delivery items goods will be dispatched within 7-14 days of the order being placed unless otherwise specified on the item page. You will be contacted 2-3 days prior to dispatch to book in the delivery. Please note as with next day delivery standard delivery will be delivered Mon to Fri excluding bank holidays, and between the hours 08.00 – 19.00.

Can I Track my order?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer tracking of your order through the website at this time. We do however have delivery partners that offer order tracking and if this is the case you will be forwarded details and a link to the tracking portal.

What do I do if I haven´t received my order?

Firstly please check the lead time on the product that has been purchased, and if you have been given a goods shipped confirmation email. If your goods have been shipped please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to you and will only re-sent at the your expense. Additionally orders that are abandoned by you for any reason will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expense.

What is your return policy?

Internet Cancelation and Refund Policy

In accordance with the distance selling rights 2000, the regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days of delivery without having to give us a reason. Please note: the 7 working days start from the day after you receive your goods.

You may cancel your order before dispatch and receive a full 100% refund. If your goods have been dispatched you may still return the goods for a refund within 7 days from the date the goods were received. The goods must be returned intact and in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition. No refunds will be given for any delivery costs for dispatched items.

For returns you may send the item/items back yourself for a refund, but you must ensure that you insure the goods against damage in transit as we can not be held liable for any damages in transit for returned goods. If however you would like us to arrange the goods to be collected and returned there would be a charge which would be deducted off the refund amount once all the goods have been returned and inspected.

To receive a full refund, with no deductions, you need to return the goods in their original packaging and in good order.

Please note once the items have been dispatched there is a £29.00 cancellation fee if you would like to cancel or change your order

Our carriers offer a collection service. 

If you wish to refuse delivery of your order, please contact our office. Please be aware that the cost to You of return/collection will range from £60.00 for mattresses only to £150.00 for a divan bed depending on your postcode address and the size and weight of the item.

Unfortunately, if you cancel an order and We have already dispatched your Goods to you, We will not be able to cancel your Order until it is delivered. In this case, if you return the Goods to Us, you will have to pay the cost of returning the Goods back to Us.

We regret that we cannot accept returns if any items have been part or fully assembled so please ensure you are happy with the goods before you begin assembly. Due to health and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns of mattresses, pillows, mattresses protectors and bedding that has been removed from its packaging or opened. For mattresses and pillows please test them in their packaging as once opened will not be able to be returned. There are exclusions to this policy and they cover special size and special order items.

If you would like us to arrange a collection and return please contact us, and we will make arrangements for a convenient day for collection, and once the goods are returned and inspected we will issue a refund less collection charges that will be advised before collection.

Shop Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders placed in store can be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing your order and the goods have not been delivered or collected. After 24 hours the cancellation fee is 20%.

When will I get my money back?

If your goods have been dispatched you can return the goods for a refund within 7 days from the date the goods were received. The goods must be returned intact and in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition. The refund will then be processed and credited back to your account with 28 days. No refunds will be given for any delivery costs (if applicable) for dispatched items.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you are a registered user, simply sign in to your account to view your order history by date or order number. This allows you to browse your order history and track the status of all your orders. If you aren't a registered user at the Website, you can use your order number to check the status of your shipment. Our customer service representatives will get you a swift reply with helpful answers.

How can I get an account?

It´s super easy! Just click on the My Account button on the upper right corner and fill in the information required.

My password does not work. What should I do?

Don't worry. Just go to SIGN IN at the top of the screen and you'll see a text FORGOT PASSWORD on the login screen. Click on the text, enter your login id and a new password will be sent out to your e-mail address.
